For this project, we were tasked with selecting a food category and designing both high and mid-tier packaging. I chose to highlight Mexico's rich history with one of my favorite treats: ice cream.

Drawing inspiration from the ancient practices of Mesoamerica, I aimed to reflect the origins and evolution of ice cream in the region. It felt only natural that the design direction would echo the aesthetics of Mesoamerican culture.

A key challenge was ensuring that while the design paid homage to this historical influence, it also maintained a modern appeal. Ultimately, this project seeks to capture the vibrant and explosive flavors of the ice cream through visually striking and engaging packaging.
